The 12 villages of Central Park, Denver, Colorado
Central Park, Denver is made up of 12 villages: North End, Beeler Park, Bluff Lake, Central Park North, Central Park West, Conservatory Green, East 29th Ave, Eastbridge, South End, Westerly Creek, Wicker Park, and Willow Park East. Each was built in a different phase of the old Stapleton airport redevelopment, so housing styles, lot sizes, and prices differ more between villages than most buyers expect.
Village guides are being published two a week. Published so far:
- North End: The newest village, at the north edge of Central Park. Larger lots, modern builds, wide open prairie feel, and Northfield High School.
- Eastbridge: East side village built around the Eastbridge Town Center, with a King Soopers, local restaurants, and Stanley Marketplace next door in Aurora.
